Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. 02/2018_EYE_Output 2.1 For purchasing of equipment for established Career Centers in Ferizaj, Peja and Gjakova 

Enhancing Youth Employment is soliciting financial proposals from qualified local companies that can offer the following items: 
1. Laptops including bags (6 pieces): Model - HP 250 G6 
2. Multifunctional Printers including toners (3 Pieces): Brand Name – KM Bizhub C308 
3. Projectors with holder/hanger (2 pieces): Brand Name - Acer Model- H5382BD 

The Financial Offer must be delivered in a sealed envelope to EYE’s office in Pristina (see below address) no later than 4.00 p.m. on 15.08.2018. The contract signature is expected to be completed latest by 24.08.2018, whereas the delivery time for all equipment (including installation) should be latest by 10.09.2018. Contract will be awarded to the most competitive financial offer for all equipment. 

EYE reserves the right to enter into discussions/clarifications with pre-selected bidder in order to amend and/or complete their original offer.
