20  February, 2014- Development of online job matching services gained new momentum  with the launching of brand new features and services offered by job portals  Portal Pune and KosovaJob.

Additional   activities by portals are taking place to trigger systemic changes in the  market such as recent memorandum of understanding agreed between KosovaJob and Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC). The objective is to  increase the exchange of services between job portals and private companies  that are part of large KCC membership.

Both  websites are expected to be fully operational by the end of February. Project  EYE has offered technical assistance for these two job portals, as well as  other ones active in the market, in previous stages of project intervention  through study visits and support for development of successful business models.

EYE  Project aims at assisting private job search engines (job portals) in building  capacities and improving market system so their business become profitable and  responsive to demand (both employers and job seekers.
