On 4-5 March 2013, EYE started implementing its first activity. A workshop with web portals specialized in job matching services was organized. Private job matching portals Telelgrafi.com, Kosovajob.com, Ofertapune.com, Portalpune.com were brought together to exchange their experiences and learn from successful similar business in region.

The aim of the event was to identify innovative IT solutions, additional services and effective ways of job facilitation between job seekers and the private sector. Mr. Edin Mehic and Mr. Benjamin Kadic from the Bosnian portal Posao.ba contributed to this activity by presenting their business model.

During next four years of EYE implementation, the project will continue to enhance match services and career guidance, giving young women and man access to more job opportunities.
