An agreement has been signed with Baruti GMBH – on further business growth by  expanding current activities and penetrating in new markets.

This   company currently provides cost-efficient outsourcing voice services mainly to  the German-speaking markets such as Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Their  plans include penetrating into Kosovar, regional, as well was native  English-Speaking markets.

EYE   Project ‘s intervention with Baruti GMBH aims at enabling Baruti’s expanding to  new markets of surveillance services by attaining Information Security  Management (ISO/IEC 27001:2005) and Quality Management System (ISO/IEC  9001:2008) certifications.  It is estimated that this intervention will  create 50 new jobs within Baruti in a year.

The   preparation of the company’s internal processes and management for  certification and the development of the necessary intranet, network and backup  systems will be assisted and mentored by a local service provider, Adaptivit  Engineering, while the audit will be done by TUV Nord, Germany. The entire  process will be completed in 3 months.

This   project intervention marks the first direct partnership between EYE and a  market player from private sector. Baruti GMBH is the first company of this  kind that invests in quality standards certification within the sub-sectors of ICT. The activity is part of the third component  of the project focused in private sector development and start-ups services,  and has been financed from EYE Opportunity Fund.
