The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and the Enhancing Youth Employment (EYE) project have signed Memorandum of Understanding with eight Kosovo municipalities to establish Career Centers in Vocational Education and Training institutions, in order to increase the quality of IVET's to create the necessary staff for the labor market. These Career Centers will be established with the co-financing of municipalities and the EYE project, to support the career development of students as an integrated part of lifelong learning.

Minister Nagavci thanked the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) project, Enhancing Youth Employment (EYE), implemented by the consortium Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation (HSI) and Management Development Associates (MDA), for the establishment of Career Centers in Institutions of Vocational Education and Training in Kosovo and praised the willingness of municipalities and MEDs for their interest in helping students with career guidance and easier employment.

More specifically, the municipalities that have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with MESTI and the EYE project are Mitrovica, Gjilani, Kamenica, Fushë Kosova, Rahoveci, Podujeva and Suhareka.
